I am not your typical gym person and ususally try to avoid a public gym. However, I decided to try and build some strength that I had lost due to health problems. So I signed up for some personal training. I am so glad that I made that choice! Ashlie has helped me gain so much strength. I can see the progress and know that the training sessions are planned just for me. At first doing a leg press was challenging and I could hardly do 10 pounds especially since I walk with two canes. Now I can leg press 35 pounds and will continue to gain strength and press more. I am so hapy with the results that I am seeing. I would highly recommend the personal training.
